Sharon Mackie - Partner

Sharon joined the company in Melbourne in 1986, moved to Sydney as a Director in 1987, and became the Managing Director and major shareholder in 1991.

Under her leadership, the Group developed its reputation for delivering outstanding people who make a difference. Sharon works with a number of key clients within the investment banking, principal and alternative investment space. She has been instrumental in initiating and executing a number of strategic business and team acquisitions for these clients. Sharon brings over 23 years of financial services executive search experience.

Kushal Wijesundera - Senior Associate

Kushal joined Collins Consulting Group with over six years in Executive Search and Selection having worked for multi-national firms such as Korn Ferry International and Hudson Global Services. His industry focus in executive search is financial services having successfully completed senior appointments within corporate infrastructure and technology for global investment banks, large Australian banks, insurance agencies and fund managers.

Previous to his move into executive search, Kushal spent four years as a Business Analyst working for HSBC and Commonwealth Bank supporting their financial platforms. Having spent over 10 years within the financial services industry in Australia, Kushal has a good understanding of the operations and is able to bring that knowledge into sourcing the right individuals for clients.

Kushal has a Bachelor of Science majoring in Information Systems from University of New South Wales (UNSW) Australia and is presently completing his MBA at Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) Australia.

Rosemary Howell

Executive Advisory Panel

Dr Rosemary Howell has experience as a lawyer, strategic planner, teacher and CEO. She is admitted to practise as a Solicitor and Barrister in Victoria, and as a Solicitor in New South Wales, and has served a term as the Secretary General of the Law Council of Australia.

Through her company, Strategic Action Pty Ltd, established in 1985, Rosemary delivers strategic planning and human resources consulting to professional service businesses in six countries. Clients include State and Federal Government Departments, in-house legal departments, major corporate entities in the retail, insurance and financial services industries and a large range of professional service businesses including architects, law firms, engineers and accountants. Rosemary also works with her husband, Alan Limbury, to provide mediation services through Strategic-Resolution Pty Ltd.

Rosemary currently holds three Board positions, Collins Consulting Group among them.

In 2005 Rosemary was awarded her doctorate for her work on "Negotiating with Lawyers", a qualitative study of the experiences of those for whom and with whom lawyers negotiate..

As a result of teaching and studying in the Harvard Negotiation Program, Rosemary now teaches negotiation and dispute resolution at undergraduate and postgraduate level as a Professorial Visiting Fellow at the University of NSW and in 2009 established the University's Master of Dispute Resolution program. Rosemary also provides these programs to organisations as diverse as the Commonwealth Bank and the ACCC. Increasingly, Rosemary’s consulting work involves coaching business leaders in building and managing effective teams and repairing and enhancing working relationships.
